It's nice here

Once upon a time there was a little girl called Little Red Riding Hood.

She lived at the edge of a wood, with her mother.

One day her mother said,

"Your Granny is ill. Will you take her some cakes, please?"

"Ok," answered Red Riding Hood.

She skipped down the woodland path at that very same moment a voice shouted.....

I bet it's a WOLF

It IS a wolf.

"Who’s there?"

"Who are you?" Red Riding Hood asked in a quivery voice.."

"I AM MR. WOLF! " replied the wolf.

"Who are you?"

"I’m Red Riding Hood," said Red Riding Hood.

"Where are you going?" asked the wolf.

"To my Granny’s house in the middle of the wood."

Don't talk to strange wolves.

My legs can carry me VERY fast

The wolf rushed to Granny’s house as fast as his legs could carry him.Granny heard a tapping sound.Who is it?" Granny asked in a very sweet voice.

The wolf put on the sweetest voice he could make and said,

"It’s Little Red Riding Hood."

"You may as well come in then," said Granny.

The wolf rushed in, and locked her in a cupboard and he jumped into the bed.

I'm a wolf

Then, the real Red Riding Hood knocked on the door. The wolf put on a voice as sweet as Granny’s and said, "Who is it?"

"It’s Red Riding Hood," said Red Riding Hood.

"Come in then," said the wolf.

I'm a sweet Granny

So Red Riding Hood walked in. Dropping the cakes she was alarmed, and blurted out,

"Granny, what big eyes you have!"

"All the better to see you with," said the wolf.

"Granny, what big ears you have!" said Red Riding Hood.

"All the better to hear you with," said the wolf.

I'll catch you

"Granny, what big teeth you have!" said Red Riding Hood

"All the better to eat you with!" cried the wolf.

He chased her around the room.

Then a woodcutter came in with his axe. The wolf was so scared he ran away and was never seen again.

They let the screaming Granny out of the cupboard. Red Riding Hood then said,

Where's Granny?

"Let’s all have some cakes."

"Good idea," said the woodcutter. So they all ate cakes every last crumb.
